Where we ship

Canada only at present. The United States is next, with further markets as we grow.

Production time

1 to 3 business days. Every print is produced, inspected and trimmed before it is packed.  

Transit time

Shipped by Canada Post, tracked on every order.

Ontario and Quebec: 1 to 3 business days

Rest of Canada: 2 to 8 business days

Northern and remote communities: longer, and we will email you if we expect a delay.

Production and transit are separate. Add them together for a realistic delivery estimate.

Shipping cost

Your exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in Canadian dollars and there are no duties or import charges on orders within Canada.

How your print is packed

Prints ship rolled, wrapped in acid-free tissue, inside a rigid kraft tube with end caps.

If your parcel does not arrive

If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, or your parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, email info@perennaprints.com. We will open a trace with Canada Post and keep you updated. If the parcel cannot be located, we will reprint and reship it at no cost to you.

Incorrect addresses

We ship to the address entered at checkout, so please check it before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will reship it once return postage is covered.
